I have a 20-year track record of success in culture change, engagement, communications and leadership development.

I’ve worked as both an external development consultant and as an in-house change leader (most recently as Head of Engagement, Leadership and Management Development at Three).

Today, I support private individuals and teams as an independent coach, facilitator and mediator and organisations as a change and transformation consultant.
